Michelle Pais is one of the most successful and well known Real Estate Brokers in NJ .


At the young age of 30, she founded Signature Realty NJ, a luxury independently owned Real Estate Brokerage that services both buyers and sellers across the entire state. Today, Signature Realty NJ is one of the Top Residential Real Estate firms in the state housing over 360 agents and recently made Inc. 5000’s list as one of the fastest growing companies in America with a 356% growth.

Successful in the industry for almost 20 years, Michelle Pais is known as a “Power House” Broker. Having sold over 1 billion dollars in real estate she currently ranks in the top½ of 1% of all agents in the Country. In 2019, Real Trends ranked her and her
team #1 in New Jersey for total sales volume and units and #22 in the entire country (amongst ALL brands).
